8red peppers halfed and roasted in the oven.
1onion, chopped
3carrots
250 1/2unsalted butter
gramsoil
5tomato deseeded

Cuts your red peppers in half, put them on a tray with tin foil rub oil on them.place in oven till black on top.

Put all the veg in a pot and butter in a pit till sweated of.

Add cold water till its just above the veg bring it to the boil then reduce for 10 mins.

Then puree it. Salt and pepper to taste.
