My family & I don't like the sandy taste that the Ricotta cheese has, so i experimented with cream cheese. It has a creamy texture. My family loves it. Everytime a birthday party comes around, everyone requests my signature lasagna.

Ingredients

  1. 1 boxLasagna Pasta
  2. 1Softened Cream Cheese
  3. 2 1/2 lbGround Meat
  4. 2 tspSofrito
  5. 1Chopped onion
  6. 1/2Chopped green Pepper
  7. 1/2Chopped red Pepper
  8. 1/2Chopped yellow Pepper
  9. 1/4 cupSliced Olives
  10. 2 envelopeSazon con achoite (for color)
  11. Adobo
  12. Garlic Powder
  13. 8 ozGarlic & herb sauce
  14. 16 ozMozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese (8 oz of each)

Cooking Instructions

    Put your box of Lasagna pasta to boil until tender. Then drain.

  2. 2

    Put your 2 1/2 pounds of ground meat in skillet to cook until brown. Drain all oil.

  3. 3

    Add all seasoning to meat & sauce. Leave a little for topping.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 375°

  5. 5

    Get your pan ready. Line up one layer of your lasagna pasta. Gradually spread cream chesse onto the pasta. Add layer of meat. Repeat process until you have nomore pasta or meat left.

    Top with remaining sauce & cheese. Put into oven for 45 minutes.
