I wanted a small, sweet tasting dessert for after dinner that would be super quick to make so immediately thought of desserts in a mug and eventually I found this one and settled on it.

I wanted a small, sweet tasting dessert for after dinner that would be super quick to make so immediately thought of desserts in a mug and eventually I found this one and settled on it.

In an oversized coffee mug combine all the ingredients.

Whisk well with a small whisk or fork until smooth.

Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then take it out to check to see if its done.

If not continue to microwave on 30 second intervals. Don't overcook it as it will become rubbery.

You can also mix this in one mug and then pour half the mixture into another mug to make 2 small desserts but cook each one individually.
