Select, wash n put beans and maize in a sufuria n place it in the fire let it boil till they are soft

As maize and beans boil prepare all the other ingredients

Place another sufuria in the fire, pour 20ml cooking oil then wait for 30secs add the chopped onions n salt, let it cook untill they are golden brown

Add capsicum, ginger,carrots and mix and wait for 30secs then add tomatoes then let it cook as you stir to get a paste

Add french beans, potatoes, pumpkin followed by one table spoon of nutmeg
- 6
Add maize and beans to the sufuria, followed by dhania and mix them well then add water
- 7
Once it’s start to boil add 2 table spoon of honey then close and wait for 10mins to cook
