Ingredients

15 ozcan of sliced peaches
6scotch bonnet peppers
2 tbspcilantro (I used local cilantro also called chadon beni)
1 tspsalt (to kick up flavour)
1 tbspsugar (to add sweetness)
2 tbspwhite vinegar

Put everything in the blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour in a bottle and store in fridge.

Can be used as a condiment on hot dogs, hamburgers, fries etc
