  1. 1 lbpeas
  2. 3/4 ozmint; minced
  3. 1white onion; minced
  4. 1 stickbutter
  5. 1 pinchsalt and white pepper

    Melt butter slowly in a saute pan. Add onions. Sweat until translucent. Add peas. Season. Toss. Add mint. Toss.
