  • 3/4 ozmint; minced
  • 1white onion; minced
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt and white pepper

    Melt butter slowly in a saute pan. Add onions. Sweat until translucent. Add peas. Season. Toss. Add mint. Toss.
