  1. 2 lbboneless pork loin
  2. 1/2 cuphoney
  3. 1 tbspespresso powder
  4. 2 tsponion powder
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tspcinnamon
  7. 1 tspcardamom
  8. 2/3 tspground white pepper
  9. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. 1vegetable oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Toss pork in enough oil to cover. Season with dried spices. Bake at 300° for approximately 45-50 minutes, or until desired doneness. Glaze with honey during last five minutes of cooking.
