1 tbsplemon juice
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspcumin powder/jeera powder
1/2 cuproasted and powdered white sesame seeds
coriander and chilli flakes for the garnish
salt as required

Steps

Roast the sesame seeds and then powder these finely. take the cooked chickpeas, all the spices, coriander, salt and garlic in a blender. add the powdered sesame seeds, lemon juice and olive oil. blend to a smooth paste. Garnish with coriander and chilli flakes.
