Steps

Add all ingredients except oil & baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add water and make thick consistency batter. Keep batter aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil on medium flame. Now add baking soda & 2-3 tsp oil in batter. Mix well.

Pour 1 tsp batter by hands in hot oil. Deep fry both sides until golden brown & crispy. Heat should be slow to medium.

Now lift it out from oil on absorbance towel (paper napkin).

Serve hot with tomato sauce
