Ingredients

2 servings
  1. russet potatoes
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 1/2 tbsporegano
  4. 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  5. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 1/2 tspground black pepper
  7. 2 tbspbutter

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Scrub potatoes well then place two butter knives flat underneath a potato and slice downward every 1/2 inch.

  2. 2

    Coat sliced potatoes in olive oil

  3. 3

    Butter each potatoe and season with mixture of herbs.

  4. 4

    Bakenat 450°F for 30-45 min
