Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4chapatis cooked
  2. 300 gramschopped kales
  3. 1Onions
  4. 1/4ts salt 3tb cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Chop the onions,toss them in the pan.

  3. 3

    Add the kales and stir.

  4. 4

    Add the salt. Stir gently and remove from heat when ready.

  5. 5

    Roll your chapatis into pockets and add your kales in.
