I choose to do brown chappatis but instead of making them plain I added sour milk to give a different taste. It was my first experience and it turned out wonderful

I choose to do brown chappatis but instead of making them plain I added sour milk to give a different taste. It was my first experience and it turned out wonderful

Mix all the ingredients together then mix well

Add water in the mixture then mix until it's soft

Add cooking oil and continue to mix when through set aside for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes take your dough then roll it on a table

Apply cooking oil then take a knife and cut into long rectangular shapes

Take each then roll it round

Apply some flour then take the round rolls then roll it into circle turn it then sprinkle flour then roll it again until you get your desired shape

Heat pan

Take the chappati shape and put it on a pan

Turn it over then spread it with some oil

Cook both sides until it form a beautiful chappati

Repeat with the rest
