  • 2medium onions
  • 4medium tomatoes

    Dice meat, onions and tomatoes for preparation.

    Add oil in a sufuria put onions and meat and let it boil together until it is soft.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash

  4. 4

    Add salt stir

  5. 5

    Serve with greens
