1egg, right out of refrigerator
3 oz.water
1 tsp.vinegar, to congeal egg.

Put vinegar and water in small glass bowl and stir. (Glass bowl allows you to monitor cooking progress in microwave)

Break egg into water.

Cook in microwave at level 4 of 10 for 2 and 1/2 minutes.

Your microwave may cook faster or slower.

Drain and serve.
