Quick and Easy Apple Pie

Every year I get way too many apples from my apple tree, so I have found several ways to use them. One of these is an apple pie which I have experimented with a lot. This recipe is the most basic version of it , but it tastes really great and is very quick and easy to make, so I can usually make a lot of them on fairly short notice.
Give it a shot!

Steps
- 1
Mix the eggs and sugar together in a bowl. You can add a little vanilla sugar if you want, but it is optional.
- 2
Melt the butter and add it to the mix along with the flour and cinnamon . Spread the dough in a smeared pie form of some sort.
- 3
Peel and slice the apples into thin slices.
- 4
Place the apple slices in the pie form in a pattern of your own choosing. Sprinkle it with some more ground cinnamon.
- 5
Put it in a preheated oven at 200 C, (on normal settings ) for 30 minutes. Place it on a lower level in the oven so that the apples don't explode due to too much heat.
- 6
Take it out and serve it with creme fraice. Enjoy!
