Grind the soaked dal with ginger garlic chilli without adding water

Now add salt, turmeric and soda in dal paste.

Now beat the batter by hand till batter became light and fluffy. Now add whole spices

Now add the oil in kadai on flame

Make big size Wada and deep fry

Now wada fully cool down for a hour

Now slice the wada and fry again on medium flame till wada got crispy and crunchy

Serve with any spicy cuthey
