Vermicilli dhokla
Steps

Take a bowl and add besan and curd to it.Beat them with beater for about 10 min and keep them aside.

Take a kadai and boil vermicelli in it for about 10-15 min on medium flame and take it out after draining water if any.

In the same kadai add oil and add chopped onion,tomato and capsicum.and saute for 10 min after adding 1/4 glass water.

Add little namak to it and dania powder.Add the boiled vermicelli to the kadai and mix well.

Now take the plastic container and grease it well.In the bowl of besan and curd add one spoon baking powder and beat well for a minute and not more than that.

Add besan curd mix to 1/4 level and then spread 2 spoon of vermicelli capsicum mix.Then again add the besan curd batter to cover the vermicelli.

Microwave for 3-4 minute and chk if it's cooked well.

Take the container out and take the dhokla on plate and cut in heart shape with a heart cutter.

In the pan take one spoon oil and add rai and 6-7 green chillies.and add 1 glass water.Boil for 5 minutes and let it cool.Then spread it on dhokla.YOUR HEART SHAPED DHOKLA ARE REDAY TO SERVE.HAPPY COOKING!!!!
