Chop one onion into dice and great carrots

Heat oil into a sufuria and add onion, cool until golden brown

Add carrots, tomatoes and green pepper

Cook for 5minutes, add the githeri

Cook for 10 minutes add 2tbsp of salt

Serve when garnish with onions, avocado and tomato..........
