Ingredients

15 mins
  • jam
  • 1 1/2 lbyour fav Tomato
  • 3/4 bunchbasil
  • 5 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 largelemon zested
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchred pepper flake

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Chop tomatoes, basil and place in medium pot.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer

  4. 4

    Simmer for about an hour. Its done when the mixture gets thick and jammy :p
