1 1/2 lbyour fav Tomato
3/4 bunchbasil
5 tbsplemon juice
1/2 cupsugar
1 largelemon zested
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchred pepper flake

Chop tomatoes, basil and place in medium pot.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine

Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer
4

Simmer for about an hour. Its done when the mixture gets thick and jammy :p
