Mix flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside.

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar on medium speed. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed.

Add vanilla, blend in. Stir in flour mixture. Chill in refrigerator over night.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Make dough balls of 1 top size, roll in confectioner's sugar.

Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
