I grew up loving banana bread. My grandmother would make it for my siblings and I. My favorite part is its a bread thats always moist and Delicious. I created an egg free version for the vegetarians and Vegan's out there. I hope you'll all love this recipe as much as I do.

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupAll Purpose Flour
  2. 1 tspBaking Soda
  3. 1/2 tspSea Salt
  4. 2 tspGround Cinnamon
  5. 3Large Banana (Bruised Bananas Make Sweeter Loaves)
  6. 1/2 cupMelted Vegetable Spread
  7. 1/2 cupBrown Sugar
  8. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  9. 3/4 cupChopped Walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit

    In large bowl whisk baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnimon together then set aside.

  3. 3

    Using another seperate bowl mash 3 bananas with fork until creamy.

  4. 4

    Add vanilla extract, brown sugar, walnuts, and melted butter to your mashed bananas and mix very well.

  5. 5

    Pour banana mixture into the dry flour mixture you set aside earlier and mix well by stirring and folding over with spatula until completely combined.

  6. 6

    Butter a bread pan and pour batter into it.

  7. 7

    Use your spatula to smooth over the top of the batter then bake on center rack of oven for 55 minutes at 350°F Fahrenheit.
