Ingredients

  1. 2/3 kgpasta
  2. 1 mediumsliced carrot
  3. 3 mediumsliced potatoes
  4. 1red bell pepper
  5. 3 clovegarlic
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 1 literbeef stock
  8. salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté garlic and chopped onions.

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and carrots.

  3. 3

    Add beef stock. Add as much liquid as you like. Let it boil.

  4. 4

    Add cooked pasta. (Use any pasta noodles of your choice)

  5. 5

    Add red bell peppers. Let it simmer for 1 minute and serve while hot.
