Heat 2Tbsp oil in a large skillet.

Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until slightly browned and mostly cooked through,stirring occasionally.

Add ground beef to potatoes,chopping it up into very small pieces and stirring and flipping often.

Once meat is fully cooked turn off and season with salt and pepper to taste.
