Ingredients

  • 2 headbroccoli
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 10 clovegarlic
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspspicy mustard
  • 3 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbspparsley
  • 1salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. 2

    Cut off broccoli to make little trees!:-)

  3. 3

    Toss with 1 TBL of lemon juice and oil, garlic cloves and sprinkle of salt.

  4. 4

    Roast on cookie sheet for 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, simmer butter, worcestershire, lemon juice, mustard, minced garlic and parsley.

    Pour sauce over broccoli and garlic. Toss and enjoy!
