Ingredients

20 mins

8 servings

4 ozheavy cream
8 ozcream cheese
1 stickbutter
1 cupricotta cheese
1 cupconfectioners sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspalmond extract
6 ozchocolate chips

Add cream cheese, butter and heavy cream to mixing bowl.

Fold in ricotta cheese then confectioners sugar then vanilla and almond extracts.

Throw in fridge for 20 min

Ice cake or serve with vanilla wafers. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
