I threw a small bbq party for a couple of friends the other day. While shopping I picked up a pork tenderloin just because it was on sale. When I got home I didn't just want to throw it on the grill as I usually do so I started thinking. Now I know there must be tons of these recepies out there, probably even close to identical to this, but since I prefer going on my gut instinct instead of following recepies I'll still call this my own... The end result was so awesome and I practically got a standing ovation for it, I have no alternative but to share it with you. Enjoy!

bacon wrapped pork tenderloin

I'm not a huge fan of pork loin, but my family likes it. So when I make it for them I have to doctor it up enough that I'll eat it, too. I really love this recipe because the stuffing and the bacon really make the pork loin taste good to me. As an added bonus since it's smoked my husband does the "cooking" after I put it together.
