I found this recipe while trying to find Paleo friendly food. It immediately became a family favorite! It's easy, nutritious, and delicious! This recipe serves four, but I usually increase it to serve eight.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbsteak cut into bit size pieces
  2. 1 tspground cumin
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 2 canblack beans
  9. 2 clovegarlic (minced or chopped)
  10. 1 canbeef stock

Cooking Instructions

    Mix dry seasonings and meat together in a large ziplock bag. Shake well until meat is well coated with seasonings.

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan. Sear the seasoned meat in the oil. Add the black beans, minced garlic, and beef stock.

    Cook the soup for about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese.
