Ingredients

7 servings
  • 4 cupsbrown beans
  • 1/4 kgGroundnut oil
  • 4 cubesKnorr
  • 4cksp Crayfish
  • 2Ginger
  • 2garlic
  • Salt
  • 5big Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the beans very well.wash off the back

  2. 2

    Pour in a container,add crayfish,onions,ginger and garlic.

  3. 3

    Grind in a mill.boil water to a boiling point.

  4. 4

    Allow the hot water to cool a bit,pour in groundnut oil in the mixture.

  5. 5

    Add salt and maggi to taste.pour in the warm water and mix let it not be too thick or watery.

  6. 6

    Wash the leaves very well with enough water.

  7. 7

    Fold the leaves,scope the beans mixture and pour in 2 and half cooking spoon inside the wrap.

  8. 8

    Cut sack of rice and put in a pot,add water and boil for 3mins.

  9. 9

    Add the folded wrap of moimoi gradually,one after the other.

  10. 10

    Cover and boil for 1hour with intense heat.

  11. 11

    Off the heat n enjoy the meal.
