In lukewarm water add sugar yeast and 3 tsp milk whisk and keep covered for 15 minutes

In a bowl combine maida, salt and baking powder mix well

Add yeast mixure mix nicely then add oil and half butter(melted) gradually add little by little milk and knead the dough for 5- 10 minutes

Put oil in a larger bowl and transfer the dough in it.Cover the dough with a wet kitchen towel or cling film, keep in a warm place for 2 hours

It will be doubled, take out from the bowl, sprinkle maida on kitchen platform and knead it well

Divide the dough into 12 equal sized balls

Place greased parchament paper on a tray and keep the balls, there should be some distance between the balls

Cover with wet cloth and keep to rest in a warm place for 1 hour

It will rise more

Pre heat the oven at 200°c

Brush the balls on top with milk

Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or till the top gets brown

Take out from the oven apply butter on top and cool them on wire rack
