Ingredients

13 servings
  • 1 lbbulk sausage, I used Odem's Tennessee Pride brand
  • 2 largebananas
  • 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 pinchof salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil. Form sausage into patties. Add to oil

    Fry till done. Move to a plate.

    Slice the bananas on a bias/diagonal. Add to oil and fry. Fry till semicrispy. About 3 minutes per side.

    Put on a paper towel. To absorb excessive oils.

  5. 5

    Put the bananas on top of the sausage, serve. Hope you enjoy!
