Heat oil and add the cumin.When it splutters, add the onions and ginger chilli paste stir-fry over high heat.

Add the corn and spinach puree in pan and continue to stir-fry over high heat, to mix well.Add salt and kali mirch and transfer into an oven-proof serving dish.Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake in a pre-heated oven for half an hour or cheese becomes brown on top before serving. Serve with roti or rice.
