Pineapple Stuffing For Ham

Another of my mother's recipes. Always a favorite and a must-have with ham.

Ingredients

  1. 1 stickButter (1/2 cup)
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 4Eggs
  4. 6 sliceWhite bread, cubed
  5. 18 ozCan of crushed pineapple, drained
  6. 1Cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, pineapple and bread.

  2. 2

    Mix well and Pour into a one-quart baking dish, lightly greased. Note: If mixture seems too wet, you can add more bread before baking.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon and nutmeg.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350°F for approximately 45 minutes.
