Ingredients

  1. 2medium tomatoes, diced
  2. 6-8Serrano peppers, chopped
  3. 1Medium onion, chopped finely
  4. 1Garlic clove. Chopped finely
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspoonvegetable oil
  7. 1 tablespoonwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat and sauté onions and garlic first for 3 minutes or until translucent

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, peppers, salt and water and stir well.

  3. 3

    Cover and simmer for about 7-9 minutes until well meshed. (Stir every couple minutes to prevent sticking).

  4. 4

    That’s it! Take pan off heat and let rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
