4 teaspoonsbaking powder
2 Tablespoonssugar
1/2 teaspoonssalt
3 tablespoonsbutter melted
1 cupsmilk
1/2 cupsraisins chopped
2 tablespoonsCitron chopped
1egg

Steps

Mix all ingredients except raisins and citron and butter

Roll out to 1/4 inch thick

Brush with butter

Sprinkle with raisins and citron

Roll as for a jelly roll

Cut

Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
