  2. 1 tea spoonvinegar or lemon juice
  3. 1 pinchasafoetida
  4. to tasteRed chili powder and salt
  5. Oil for frying
  6. 2-3 tea spoonBesan

    Keep the kajus in a bowl and mix everything except oil and keep it like this for some time.
