  • 2 headbroccoli; trimmed
  • 1red pepper; julienne
  • 1yellow bell pepper; julienne
  • 4 clovegarlic; creamed
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

  1. 1

    Boil broccoli in salted walter until 90% tender. Drain.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, saute peppers and onions over medium heat. Add broccoli. Add garlic. Season. Saute until garlic is fragrant.

    Variations; cheddar, parmesan, beer, mustard, basil, bacon
