1) Heat oil in a pan, add apple, carrot, chillies and saute for 10 mins. 2) Transfer it to mixi jar, add pulp, garlic and salt. Grind it as smooth paste. 3) Heat oil in a pan, temper it. Add this to chutney. 4) Garnish with coriander leaves.
