300-350 degrees. Pie crust for 10-15 minutes, be sure to add pie weight

In medium heat, put milks and vanilla in pan turn to simmer when heats. Cool for 30 min if needed

Whisk 4 yolks max plus one egg and 6 tablespoons sugar Max (prefer 5) and pinch of salt.

Add whisked mixture in milk, be sure put heat on simmer and whisk

Take out pie crust, turn to 300°F

Pour custard through mesh sieve , whisk again the pour into pie crust

Oven bake for 30 minutes 300°F

Till wobbly in center, cool for hour

Before serving add two tablespoons of sugar, broil in oven for 2-3 minutes
