Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
  2. 3/4 cupPort wine
  3. 6 tbspgranulated sugar
  4. 1 packagesready to eat crêpes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Gently combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 an hour.

  2. 2

    Fold crêpes into triangles and top with berry mixture.

  3. 3

    If desired, top crêpes with a little whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
