Ingredients

100gm
  • 1 ltrMilk prefer baffalo
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1malmal cloth
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk and warm it. Keep cream in it

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice and keep it aside for 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Now just sieve it with malmal cloth.

  4. 4

    Now place paneer with malmal cloth on strainer as it is. And put little load or weight on it and keep it on higher place for 5-6 hour.
