This dish is specially made on diwali festival. ..on the eve of this festive day we prepare this yum in different ways
Steps

Peal and cut the yum in equal size and mix the lemon juice and keep it for 1 hour

Grind tomato ginger and green chilli in fine paste

Heat oil in a pan till smoky

Deep fry these yum till golden brown in colour

Now heat oil in a pressure cooker till smoky and add asafoetida and the tomato paste

Add all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil
- 7
Add salt and fried yum a little water and close the lid and cook it for 2 whistle

When the pressure is released take it out in serving bowl garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with chapati paratha or puri
