Make caramel for the bottom of the pan by melting the 4 tablespoons of sugar.

Add all the remaining ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, and pour into the pan over the caramel.

Bake in a water bath for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

To unmold, let it cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen and invert onto a plate. Refrigerate before serving.
