Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  • 4dried tomatoes
  • 100 gramsculatello salami (or herby sausage)
  • 350 gramsbucatini pasta (or spaghetti)
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 250 gramstomato sauce
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsphot water
  • 50 gramsgrated cheese

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Put dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes and leave them aside for later

  2. 2

    Put sliced onion with olive oil in a pan and cook until it turns gold

  3. 3

    Add culatello in the pan and cook for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Squeeze the dried tomatoes from hot water and add them as well

  5. 5

    Add tomato sauce and season on taste, cook on low heat for other 5 minutes

  6. 6

    In the meantime boil bucatini

  7. 7

    Drain pasta and mix it with the sauce

  8. 8

    Add grated cheese, enjoy!
