Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbutter or oil
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 cloveonion, chopped
  • 1/2 gramsshrimp
  • 1/2 cupcarrot
  • 1 cupbean sprout
  • 1 bunchbroccoli
  • 1/4 kgchinese pechay
  • dashground black pepper
  • pinchsalt
  • 2 tspoyster sauce
  • 1 tspliquid seasoning(optional)
  • 1 packagestofu (deep fried) (optional)
  • 1 tspsesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute' garlic , onion, shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Add carrot, bean sprout and broccoli. Add oyster sauce then stir a bit. Add the chinese pechay.

  3. 3

    Add a teaspoon of sesame oil for the aroma and to look the veggies more greeny and fresh. Garnish with fried tofu. Serve with rice.
