  1. 3 pinchblack pepper
  2. 1 tbspsour cream
  3. 1/2 smalllemon
  4. 1 tbspextra spicy Mrs Dash
  5. 1 1/2 tspLemon pepper
  6. 1 tspgarlic salt
  7. 2 pinchcilantro
  8. 3 1/2 tbsppico de gallo
  9. 2 mediumavacvados
  10. 1/2 cupshredded cheese if desired
  11. 1/3 cupSalsa of choice

  1. 1

    cut avacados into fours, peel them and place in medium size bowl and mash with potatoe masher as desired

  2. 2

    add pico de gall and sour cream and mix well

  3. 3

    add shredded cheese if desired and mix well

  4. 4

    add seasoning, mix well and enjoy
