Ingredients

  • 2 cupSemolina
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupButter
  • 1 cupDesiccated Coconut
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspRose Water
  • 2 tbspChopped Nuts
  • 1 tbspChopped Cherry
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 4 tbspMilk or as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend butter and sugar.. Now add eggs..whisk till make foam n bubbles.

  2. 2

    Another bowl mix semolina with baking powder.

  3. 3

    Now semolina mix with egg mixture. Blend well. It should not be lumps. If need mix milk with spoon.

  4. 4

    Add rose water and desiccated coconut.

  5. 5

    Now grease the baking bowl. Pour semolina mixture in layer.. Now Sprinkle nuts n cherry.. Again pour mixture.. Again nuts.. This way pour whole mixture.

  6. 6

    Bake 30-40 min in oven.

    After 30 min.. Check with knife. If it comes out clean.. Its done.. If u need more than bake again for 10 min.
