After struggling with anemia, I put this together to help my iron levels improve. The beets and kale are known for being high in iron, and the orange juice helps your body absorb it.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupKale
  2. 1 cuporange juice
  3. 1/2Fresh beet, sliced
  4. 1/2 cupfresh pineapple chunks
  5. 2stalks celery, chopped
  6. 6baby carrots

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine kale and orange juice in blender or bullet. Pulse until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add in all remaining ingredients and pulse again until blended. You can add some crushed ice to thicken it if you prefer.
