Steps

Add coconut oil in a pan add tadka items and saute

Add ginger garlic paste and haldi powder saute. Add green chillies and onion and saute well. When cooked well add all masalas and saute.

Add salt mix and cover. When oil gets separated add coriander and cook again.

When it gets cook add cleaned prawns and cook. Add kokum don't cover. Stirr continuesly till done

Cook for next 6-7 mins and remove from flame. Garnish with coriander and serve
