Firstly peel and rinse onions, beetroot.

Now add onion, vinegar, water, salt, beetroot slices in a jar.

Shake jar very well.

Let onion have a good bath in vinegar water for 2 - 3 days. Till then shake your jar 3 - 4 times in a day.

Here our sirke wale pyaaz is ready to be served with Indian meals.
