Steps

Add 1 cup of water to the beef and boil till soft

Once water is diminished add onions with oil and cook for 2 mins

Add the tomatoes and cook till soft.

Add the potatoes then add 1 cup water. Add royco and salt.

Cover to cook till the potatoes softens. Use a folk to taste the softness.

When already cooked remove from heat.

Add oil and Onion in another sufuria and heat. Add the kales and steam for a few mins

Serve the beef and kales with ugali
